Motorcycle Safety Training in London

Thursday, September 15, 2011

Though many people find riding a motorcycle a fun activity but it is a potentially fatal street machine as well. Every city seeks to create secure street conditions for its motorists. To promote motorcycle safety for all London, Manchester and other UK drivers, the city council has approved some motorcycle safety training courses that are also approved by the internationally fames Motorcycle Safety Foundation.

London’s Motorcycle Safety Program provides a good incentive for those people who complete their motorcycle safety training. Those who do effectively finish a motorcycle training course can also get a waiver on the second part of the London motorcycle license test. This come in addition to the benefit of learning the safe way to operate and ride a motorcycle. For most people, this waiver implies saving of time and hassle of borrowing a registered and safe motorcycle for the driving test.

Also note that there approved London motorcycle classes offer a motorcycle and helmet for their participants. Therefore if you don’t have a bike, you can get it from them for the safety training.

For those of you, who see the benefit of this training; take out time to visit the London Motorcycle Safety Program at http://www.northlondon-mct.co.uk/. Once there, hover over the basic menu options and select "Locations" that are near you.  You then click find the course that will then link you to the enrolle"Find a RiderCourse" link to get to the Motorcycle Safety Foundation's RiderCourse Enrollment System. Note that there are two types of courses. You can simply take the Basic RiderCourse (BRC) motorcycle safety training to get your waiver.
